Returns Policy

 

WHAT circumstances can item(s) be returned / replaced?


WHEN do items need to be Returned / Reported by?

Damage in Transit claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, as per our Insurance Co's Policy, therefore, please inspect your item thoroughly and report any Transit Damage issues accordingly.  If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 24 hours via email to: customerservice@outlet24seven.com.au. 

We may ask you to provide proof of the reported “not as described” item, such as a digital photo showing the reported evidence. 

Electrical Items are covered by a 12 month warranty. To arrange repair / replacement, please contact our vendor as per your warranty card if your item is faulty.

For "Change Of Mind / Item Not Suitable" the item must be return within 30 days from order date .  (conditions apply - please see Website Terms and Conditions).
 

HOW do customers return items?
Please email us at customerservice@outlet24seven.com.au.  Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with further information accordingly, including the return address, in accordance with our Vendors Terms and Conditions, where applicable, because although some items are returned back to us, other items, for example: some electrical items, are required to be returned to our vendor for inspection under warranty.

Important:  There are times when the buyer will be required to destroy the item and provide digital photo evidence of the destroyed item instead of returning the item when the item is Not As Described - this may be requested at times for reasons such as postage costs, particularly if we are likely to bin the item, which saves postage costs allows us to resolve such issues faster.


SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable, therefore, given that the shipping is included within the price, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted to help cover the original postage / freight costs? Customer is required to pay for shipping the return?


CREDIT for returns?
In some circumstances, we may issue a Store Credit.  Store Credits must be used within three months.  Should you wish to apply a Store Credit towards a purchase, please email us at: customerservice@outlet24Seven.com.au.


Packing materials?
If returning item(s) for "Change Of Mind / Item Not suitable", the item is required to be returned in the orginal packaging and the item must be returned in NEW condition with all original packaging, accessories and entire contents, including User Manuals, etc, so that it can be resold as a brand new item.  The outer packaging must be wrapped in plastic (a clean / dry shopping bag or garbage bag will be fine), and our return address must be securely taped to the plastic wrap - NB: There must be no writing or stickers on the manufacturers packaging. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning your item.  If you return an item to us that does not comply with the above requirements, we will return the item back to you at your cost.
