The exception will be: products that are offered with a Manufacturers Warranty, on most cases we do not handle the returns as warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer

If vendor does not offer 'Return To Base' costs for postage or courier service, the buyer will be required to pay 'one way only' to return faulty item back to base; and, vendor will pay 'one way' to return exchange to buyer after faulty item has been inspected. Exchange will only be given if item has not been used or abused and is returned in the condition that it arrived.
