Shipping

Items are generally sent within 48 business hours of payment being received.

The majority of our shipments are sent using Australia Post and TNT, however, we occassionally use other courier companies.
Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or TNT delivery times apply - however, you will be able to trace your delivery online or by telephone during the entire shipment with the Consignment number, once provided.

Faulty:
Electrical items
Where possible, please contact vendor, as per warranty card with regards to warranty issues, as items covered under warranty are sent direct to our vendor for repair or replacement to save time.

Non-Electrical items
Please report fault via email and we will give you instructions on how to return item for repair or replacement. Photos may be required as evidence.

Loss or Damage in Transit:
If your item is damaged in transit or part or all of the item is missing, it is the buyers responsibility to check and report case immediately. As per insurance policy, this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods to ensure that the item(s) is/are covered. If item is not reported within 24 hours of receiving goods as damaged; or, part or all of the item as missing, in most cases, our insurance will not cover the claim.
If damaged, please email photos of damage for insurance claim purposes.
